Cross-department synthesis, Sunday brief, weekly priorities
Indexes and links the notes vault. Surfaces patterns, orphans, and forgotten clusters.
Drafts, edits, and argues with the user's writing. Learns their voice.
Weekly family brief. Who goes where with what. Flags conflicts. Drafts babysitter messages.
Catches every school deadline, form, permission slip, and teacher email.
Synthesizes the team. Writes the weekly brief. Preps appointment questions.
Labs interpretation. Biomarker trends. Age-adjusted reference ranges. Healthspan framing.
Food, fasting, glucose, weight, macros. Pragmatic recommendations rooted in the user's actual eating pattern.
Interactions, dosing, timing. Builds and maintains the supplement stack.
Sleep, light, temperature, timing, nervous-system protocols. Translates research into practical daily levers.
Programming, progressions, recovery, movement quality. Builds for the user's life, not the user's Instagram.
Tracks every bill. Catches anomalies. Confirms auto-pay. Surfaces renewals.
Maintenance calendar, vendor coordination, repairs, warranties.
Monthly budget brief. Where it went. What to change. Net worth tracking.
Quarterly sweep of every recurring charge. Flags the zombies.
Worldbuilding, NPC wrangler, session prep, post-session recap.
Designs trackers, rebuilds dashboards, honest weekly review.
Personal OS
Your life has departments. Staff them.
Personal OS is a cabinet for one person (and their household), structured like a small company where each "department" is an area of life. Each child cabinet has its own agents, its own working files, and its own weekly rhythm. A Chief of Staff at the root writes one Sunday brief across all of them.
Open the [[daily-console/index|🧭 Daily Console]] first. Full-screen dashboard pulling from all six life areas — today's agenda · this week's calendar · the numbers (net worth, sleep, habit streak, inbox) · six area cards · brief schedule · 12-month net-worth chart.
Life Areas (Child Cabinets)
brain/— your second brain. Reads your notes and writing. Surfaces what you're thinking about. Helps you write better.family/— the people side of the household. Kids, partner, school, birthdays, activities, babysitters.home/— the building side of the household. Bills, maintenance, warranties, repairs, groceries.money/— budget, subscriptions, taxes, net worth. Where the money went and where it's going.health/— your expert team. Coordinator, protocol scientist, longevity physician, dietitian, coach, pharmacist. Every recommendation cites a source.play/— habits, hobbies, tinkering. Where the fun work lives.
Root Team
- Chief of Staff — synthesizes each life area into one Sunday brief. Flags what moved, what stalled, what needs you this week.
First Week Setup
- Put one real thing into each life area. A few notes into
brain/. Your bills intohome/bills.md. Your goals intomoney/index.md. Last labs intohealth/labs/. One habit intoplay/habits.md. - Let the Sunday brief run once. It'll show you what each department looks like when it's sparse — and what to fill in next.
- Install a specialty cabinet next to Personal OS as needed:
keto-hq,marathon-hq,dnd-table-hq,homeschool-ops, etc. They read from your Personal OS data but live as separate installs.
Trust Layer
Every health recommendation links back to health/sources/. No ungrounded advice. If an agent can't find a source for a claim, it writes one or refuses the recommendation.
